RETURN POLICY 

Note: Applies ONLY to products purchased directly from GARMONT INTERNATIONAL N.A., Inc. if your product was purchased through Amazon or another retailer, please reach out to them directly. 

If you have purchased a product directly from GARMONT INTERNATIONAL NA, Inc., you may return it to us for a complete refund of the purchase price (NOT including shipping fees) if the product is in factory fresh condition* and returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Please Note: We will not accept any items which are worn, have been used or fall outside of the 30-day period. 

To issue a refund, the item(s) must be in factory fresh condition* and returned in the original product packaging. Original tags must still be attached. Repackaging fees will apply if the original product packaging is damaged. If the product is not returned in factory fresh condition, no refund will be given, and the product will be sent back. 

*Factory Fresh Condition - For an item to be considered factory fresh, it must never have been worn or used in a way that would contaminate it with chalk/dirt/etc. The item must show absolutely zero signs of wear and tear. The item must be returned in the same condition received by GARMONT INTERNATIONAL, including the original product packaging and tags.

 

EXCHANGE REQUEST 

We are currently unable to process a direct exchange. You will need to return the item(s) you want to exchange and place a new order for the replacement items. A credit for the original purchase will be processed after it is received at our warehouse. Please see the “Return Request” section below.

As much as you love your GARMONT product, please understand that no matter how well you care for your GARMONT product, materials will begin to experience natural break down and will start to show wear over time. Thus, returns and warranties will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
