WARRANTY CLAIMS / REQUESTS 

Thank you for purchasing a Garmont product.
If you have a Garmont product that you think should be considered for a warranty evaluation, the first step is to please make sure you are currently registered for our warranty and send an email with the boot damage to CustomerserviceUS@garmont.com.

Please note: The warranty is for 1-year from date of purchase and only covers manufacture defects not daily use wear and tear. If your boots fall outside of the 1-year warranty, we will not be able to provide a replacement. If you purchased through US Patriot, let us know and we will provide you with their customer service information to get your replacement.

**Due to International Trade Agreements, Garmont International N.A. is NOT able to assist customers outside of North America with warranty requests. WARRANTY POLICY 

All the products we manufacture are covered under a warranty for 1-Year from purchase date. Only original GARMONT materials and workmanship are covered under warranty. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper fit, improper use, or improper care. Please note, there is no implied life span of a shoe, due to the numerous variables that can affect footwear. Warranty claims and the decisions made from the evaluation, will done on a case-by-case basis. Upon evaluation, if an item is covered under our warranty policy, GARMONT will seek to replace the product with the same or like product given availability   GARMONT’s Warranty does not extend to any GARMONT product that has been re-soled, repaired, or otherwise modified.   

 

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY: 

 

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use
  • Improper fit
  • Improper care and poor maintenance
  • Modification or alterations of the product
  • Damages due to storage or transportation    

 

 

COVERED UNDER WARRANTY: 

 

  • Rips or holes in the material of the boot due to stitching/production
  • Cracks to the outsole/heel of the boot
  • Damage or cracks to any hardware or pieces used on the boots
