This is my second pair of the Garmont T8 LE 2.0. My first pair lasted me for about 3 years and 9 months. I wore these boots every day for work as an automotive technician and the only reason I got new ones was because they started to separate from the toe box connection to the midsole. These were perfect for an every day work boot in my field for a few reasons. 1) they are comfortable. I?d recommend swapping out the insoles with something more substantial, but other than that, the boot is very comfortable. 2) easy on and off. Pretty much once you set the laces, you never have to tie them again. Just unzip the sides of the boot, easy on and off. 3) Anti-slip outsole: this is really important in my field as I am constantly walking over slippery surfaces from oil and fluids. I have used several other boots always had some kind of slippage, but not with these. I also think the boot is very good looking.

Love the size zipper. Break in period was a bit shorter than previous boots I?ve owned. I also feel more connected to the ground in these versus other boots, if that makes any kind of sense. If they last as long as other brands I?ve owned I?ll be switching all my boot purchases to Garmont.

Overall good boots. Seem to be a few hot spots near the front of the laces due to the design interfaced where the knuckles of the toes bend but works itself out over a week or so. Likely related to the oversizing of the boots overall as I think I'm still a half size over, but all in all the boots are good looking and functional. Intended light duty boot design with a lack of full stability but I bought them for office duty aligning to uniform reg. The loop in the back is useful for getting your foot in with the zipper down, but an annoying look after that. Honestly could likely do without it. Overall recommend, but plan for the boots being too big compared to your normal sizing.

Also pretty good, accept one of the screws along the shoestring fitting fell out as soon as I opened the box.

This is my second pair of these shoes, and I love them. Ithe other boots I've purchased would barely last a year. Then I ordered these boots, and my first pair lasted about three years, and I am now on my second pair.

I do love your T8 boots and have worn them for almost 17 years during my time in the Army and now Coast Guard but the addition of the zipper was a bridge too far.

Really like the way the boot fits. I do wish that the side zipper went down the foot farther to allow the boot to be taken off easier
